The Sanctuary Apartments is a specialized transitional housing property located in Sioux City, Iowa. Operated in partnership with Rosecrance Jackson Centers, this property provides affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes in a secure, structured, and recovery-focused environment for individuals continuing their recovery after completing primary addiction treatment.

Designed specifically to support women and women with children who are transitioning to independent living, The Sanctuary Apartments offers stable housing combined with recovery support, life skills development, and community resources during the early months of sobriety. The program is dedicated to helping participants strengthen their recovery, promote family reunification, stabilize family units, and build the skills needed for long-term independence and success.

Program Eligibility
