As the Broker and Owner of J&M Real Estate Group & Property Management with over 25 years of multi-family and commercial expertise, Brandi spearheads the team in acquisition, disposition, and transition management, including the seamless onboarding of new clients in both the multi-family and commercial property sales and management sectors.

Brandi holds an impressive array of designations, including a degree from the University of Minnesota in Housing Management with a focus on Residential Construction and Historic Preservation, Certified Property Manager (CPM) accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Rural Development STAR 515, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, and the Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Brandi's deep knowledge of commercial and multi-family sales and management is undeniable. This expertise, coupled with her strong leadership skills, has fueled J&M's significant growth over the years.

Brandi's expertise extends beyond being a broker and certified property manager; she's also an owner of both multi-family and commercial properties. This dual perspective informs her guidance, empowering her to help clients maximize ROI through strategic repositioning, syndication, or skillful asset disposal.

Terri got started in Property Management in Elk Point, SD where she lived for 10 years. So she is thrilled to be able to continue managing properties in the area after moving to Lillian, AL. 

With her husband of many years, she has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Terri and her husband live in a place they love, near some of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. She takes advantage of the outdoors with lots of exploring, golfing, swimming, and relaxing with a good book, or riding their Harley. Terri especially enjoys Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, corny jokes, and being around positive people.
