As the Broker and Owner of J&M Real Estate Group & Property Management with over 25 years of multi-family and commercial expertise, Brandi spearheads the team in acquisition, disposition, and transition management, including the seamless onboarding of new clients in both the multi-family and commercial property sales and management sectors.

Brandi holds an impressive array of designations, including a degree from the University of Minnesota in Housing Management with a focus on Residential Construction and Historic Preservation, Certified Property Manager (CPM) accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Rural Development STAR 515, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, and the Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Brandi's deep knowledge of commercial and multi-family sales and management is undeniable. This expertise, coupled with her strong leadership skills, has fueled J&M's significant growth over the years.

Brandi's expertise extends beyond being a broker and certified property manager; she's also an owner of both multi-family and commercial properties. This dual perspective informs her guidance, empowering her to help clients maximize ROI through strategic repositioning, syndication, or skillful asset disposal.

An enterprising, hard-working, and technically skilled individual with over 20 years of experience in finance, communication, and leadership, Kim is eager for a new challenge. She consistently manages multiple tasks with attention to detail and adherence to timelines, exceeding performance standards and leading by example. Kim mentors colleagues while readily embracing new skills to stay ahead of the curve.

Kim is an active force dedicated to promoting and expanding the organization. Her involvement spans both the real estate and property management sides of J&M Real Estate Group, ensuring every facet thrives. As a trusted aide to the owner, Kim shoulders the responsibility of assisting in all duties and functions necessary for efficient and cost-effective operation of the business, achieving all objectives with meticulous care. Her leadership extends beyond J&M Real Estate Group. She serves as a dedicated board member on the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association and is passionate and active in community involvement.

Kim knows the value of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She cherishes spending time with her family and engaging in activities that bring her joy, ultimately recharging her batteries and returning to her work even more dedicated and energized.

Holding licenses in both Iowa and South Dakota, Kim's proficiency extends beyond state borders, solidifying her position as a valuable asset to J&M Real Estate Group.

Elizabeth brings all the charm and hospitality from her Texas roots to our organization. 

Choosing to leave the hub bub and pollution of Houston, she and her family have enjoyed the cooler temperatures and warmer people they have encountered in South Dakota.

She received her Bachelor of Arts from Mount Marty College in 2006 and achieved her Certified Professional Human Resources designation in 2022.

Elizabeth brought 15 years of Management experience to J&M Property Management in 2016 and has volunteered for every challenge and brought significant process improvements to our organization in her journey to learn every position and aspect of the Property Management business.

Terri got started in Property Management in Elk Point, SD where she lived for 10 years. So she is thrilled to be able to continue managing properties in the area after moving to Lillian, AL. 

With her husband of many years, she has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Terri and her husband live in a place they love, near some of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. She takes advantage of the outdoors with lots of exploring, golfing, swimming, and relaxing with a good book, or riding their Harley. Terri especially enjoys Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, corny jokes, and being around positive people.
