With over 25 years of experience in multi-family and commercial real estate, Brandi Jorgensen brings a powerful blend of brokerage, asset management, property operations, and investor insight.



As the Broker and Owner of J & M Real Estate Group & Property Management, Brandi leads a seasoned team specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, transition management, and the seamless onboarding of new multi-family and commercial assets. Her leadership has been a driving force in J & M’s regional expansion and its reputation for excellence in both property and client service.

Brandi’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds a degree from the University of Minnesota in Housing Management, with a focus on Residential Construction and Historic Preservation. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM and holds additional credentials including:

• Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)

Terri got started in Property Management in Elk Point, SD where she lived for 10 years. So she is thrilled to be able to continue managing properties in the area after moving to Lillian, AL. 

With her husband of many years, she has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Terri and her husband live in a place they love, near some of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. She takes advantage of the outdoors with lots of exploring, golfing, swimming, and relaxing with a good book, or riding their Harley. Terri especially enjoys Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, corny jokes, and being around positive people.
